HOW TO ORDER

Please contact the designer on the above to discuss any design and to place an order. Alternatively, you may wish to complete the enquiry form below giving day and evening telephone numbers and you will be contacted 
within the next few days.

Payment is accepted by: Master Card, Visa, Personal Cheque drawn on a UK Bank and Bank Draft. A small deposit is required when placing an order and the balance is debited from your card at the time of despatch (approx. 6 weeks; urgent orders can sometimes be catered for, please call for advice)

For your security, Credit Card details are taken over the phone by the designer. You may also send them by post.

As with any reputable mail order service, to give you peace of mind you may return your goods within 14 days for a refund, less the initial deposit, if you are not completely satisfied.

If you reside outside the UK, your credit card will be debited in your local currency at the exchange rate used by the credit card company on the transaction date.

Postage and packing charges are not listed but are kept to a minimum. Goods within the UK are delivered using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and are insured. A signature is required upon receipt. For goods sent outside the UK an appropriate carrier is selected and charged at cost.
